So cute, right?!
You can use it for hot beverages or just display it.
Since I'm not into coffee or hot chocolate,
I think I'll use it for my pens and place it on top my desk :)

Every Christmas season I prepare little gifts for my friends and office mates.

I found these cute little mugs and in a blink I figured these would be a great Christmas giveaways so I bought a few. I also bought bags of chocolate to fill each mug to add some excitement. Chocolates always makes someone smile, especially the ones I know *wink*
I bought some plastic wrappers and ribbons too to complete the presentation.

These gifts are not expensive, it's affordable and adorable :)

Dec 1st - Chocolate design is a squirrel holding an acorn

Kevin bought me this calendar from Trader Joe's. Each square has a date written on it and once you open them you'll find a holiday treat for you.

As much as I want to open them all and eat it, for now I'll follow the rule - 1 treat a day! :)
Cool right!? Cute too!

Thanksgiving

History of Thanksgiving Feast

In 1620, a group of English people called the Pilgrims went to settle in North America. They were very religious people who set off to America in a ship called the Mayflower. They landed in a place they called Plymouth. Their first winter was harsh and many of them died due to cold and hunger. In the spring, the Pilgrims made friends with the Native Americans, who taught them to grow corn, beans and pumpkins. After their first harvest, the Pilgrims invited the Natives to a feast, which all of us remember as the Thanksgiving feast.

This year is the first time I am going to celebrate Thanksgiving. Every houses in the neighborhood really decorates their yard or their home with harvest theme to go with the season. As for the preparation of the dinner party we have later, Kevin's mom already decorated their house, so cute right?!
